Seniors Hannalee Fordyce (Amityville, NY/Copiaque) had eight kills while junior Jaime Snyder (Elmira, NY/Thomas Edison) and sophomore Hannah Sawicki (Hamburg, NY/Frontier) added six kills each to lead The College at Brockport Volleyball team but Cortland scored a 3-0 win Friday evening on the first day of the third session of State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Pool Play at Buffalo State.

Cortland (14-15 Overall, 4-3 SUNYAC) won by game scores of 25-16, 25-13 and 25-21.

Senior Mary Cocking (Bergen, NY/Byron-Bergen) had 13 digs to lead the Golden Eagles and fellow senior Jessica Greiner (Henrietta, NY/Rush-Henrietta) chipped in 29 assists and nine digs.

Brockport will wrap up SUNYAC regular season play Saturday with matches against Oswego and Buffalo State.
