BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The SUNY Brockport Department of Athletics is proud to announce the promotions of
Dyamon Hunter (Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator),
Zairea Hannah (Assistant Coach), and the addition of
Kaileigh Hunt to the 2025 women's basketball coaching staff as an assistant coach. Hunter, who has served as an assistant coach since the 2023-24 season, will oversee all aspects of year-to-year recruiting as recruiting coordinator.

Dyamon Hunter
Before joining the Golden Eagles in the summer of 2023, Hunter graduated from SUNY Potsdam with a degree in exercise science and was a standout for the Bears basketball program. A three-time All-Conference selection and two-time women's athlete of the year at Potsdam, Hunter finished her playing career ranked second all-time in assists (363), third in field goals made (433), fourth in free throws (259), and eighth in 3-pointers (89). Serving as an assistant coach under
Corinne Jones since the 2023-24 season, Hunter helped lead the Golden Eagles to a 38-17 overall record and a 25-9 conference mark over the past two years. Following a historic 22-3 2024-25 regular season, Hunter helped guide Brockport to the Empire 8 Championship, culminating in the Golden Eagles' first NCAA Division III Tournament appearance since 2009. Corinne Jones, Hunter was recognized as part of the Empire 8's Coaching Staff of the Year and recently graduated with her master's degree in athletic administration from SUNY Brockport in the Spring of 2025.
Zairea Hannah
A former All-Conference selection at Brockport in 2023-24,
Zairea Hannah returns to the Golden Eagles coaching staff after serving as a volunteer assistant coach in 2024-25. As a player, Hannah set a new single-season rebounding record in 2023-24 (324) and finished her Brockport playing career 10
th in total rebounding in just two seasons with the Green and Gold (572). In 2025, Hannah was selected for the Women's Basketball Coaches Association "So You Want to Be A Coach" program to increase the understanding and application of skills necessary to secure coaching positions in women's basketball. Hannah was recognized alongside
Dyamon Hunter as part of Brockport's Empire 8 Coaching Staff of the Year Award in 2024-25, led by head coach
Corinne Jones. Hannah graduated from SUNY Brockport with her bachelor's in kinesiology.
Kaileigh Hunt
Joining the Golden Eagles for her final season of eligibility in 2024-25,
Kaileigh Hunt returns as a part of the 2025-26 coaching staff as an assistant coach. Hunt served as an impact player for the 2024-25 squad, earning All-Conference and USBWA Rochester Area First Team honors while leading Brockport with 15 blocks and 205 rebounds on the season. Hunt brings a wealth of collegiate playing experience to the Brockport coaching staff, including four seasons at Division II Saint Rose, appearing in 69 games with 25 starts. Hunt graduated from Saint Rose in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
