Four-year starter for the Golden Eagles in softball; three-time All-SUNYAC selection; named All-State as a sophomore and junior; All-ECAC Upstate New York selection as a sophomore and junior; GTE Academic All-District I as a sophomore and junior; three-time team Outstanding Athlete; Brockport's Female Athlete of the Year in 1992-93; team captain her last three years; team went to the NCAA Division III Tournament in 1993 and 1994; Brockport won SUNYAC titles those years as well; softball state champions in her freshman year.
Works as an emergency medical technician (EMT) and certified athletic trainer; worked at the Charlotte Country Day School from 1995 to 1998 as a teacher and athletic trainer; was the head athletic trainer at the Riverton Parke School while earning her master's degree.
In addition to her honors in athletics, was a member of Who's Who Among American Colleges and Universities, and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society; Dean's List student as an undergraduate and graduate student; won the Clark V. Whited Award at Brockport; was a member of the Brockport Intercollegiate Athletic Board (BIAB); volunteer in the community service program, "College Athletes for a Winning Attitude," which was run in conjunction with the Brockport Central School District.
