Four-year standout on the gymnastics team; captained the squad for all four years; was the 2003 National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) floor exercise national champion; earned a total of six All-American honors: first (2003) and sixth (2004) on the floor; fifth (2003) on vault; and ninth (2003 and 2004) in the all-around; also was an Academic All-American as a senior in 2005; her floor exercise score of 9.85 at the 2004 NCGAs is still one of the 10 best in school history; led team to eighth-place (2003), third-place (2004) and second-place (2005) finishes at nationals.
Dean’s List student and graduated cum laude from Brockport; has been a gymnastics coach for Victor Gymnastics and Gymnastics Unlimited in Orchard Park.
Has taught and been a teacher aide in numerous districts in Western New York, with an emphasis on health education, childhood and special education and coaching; member of the Pi Lambda Theta International Honor Society and Professional Association in Education.
