Served on State Modified Committee for over 20 years; NY State Athletic Administrators Association Service Award; member of NY State Basketball Officials Association; helped construct Oswego County BOCES courses; served in WWII with U.S. Marine Corps and was a member of Quantico Marine Base Baseball Team (1946).
