Standout centerfielder for the softball team at the College for four years; named a first-team GTE-CoSIDA Academic All-American in 1997 (first and still only Brockport softball player to ever earn that honor); named All-East, All-ECAC Upstate New York, All-NCAA East Regional, All-State, and All-SUNYAC in a senior year that was capped by Brockport's top NCAA Tournament performance in school history; set eight school records, including longest hitting streak (21 games) and career (38) and season (19) stolen bases; team won the 1994 and 1997 SUNYAC Championships, earning berths in the NCAA Tournament, and captured the 1995 NYSWCAA Championship; three-time All-SUNYAC pick (1995-97); named the College's Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year for 1996-97; one of 10 NYSWCAA Scholar-Athletes in 1997; three-time captain. Graduated from Brockport with a 3.64 overall grade point average; was the President of the Alpha Chi Sigma National Criminal Justice Honor Society as a senior; completed her master's degree at Oswego, with an emphasis in school counseling, with a 3.93 GPA. Currently is a counselor at General Brown; also taught and was a counselor in East Rockaway and Gouverneur Central School.
