Was a three-year member of the Brockport women’s soccer team, serving as captain during the 2002 season... Led team to a 14-8 record in senior season, while setting the program record for most wins by a goalkeeper in a single season... Earned numerous accolades both on and off the field, including Honorable Mention All-SUNYAC (2002), First-Team All-SUNYAC (2001), Second-Team All-Region (2001), All-State Team (2001, 2002), SUNYAC All-Academic Team (2000-2002), NSCAA/Adidas All-East Academic Team (2001,2002), CoSIDA Verizon District 1 All-Academic Soccer Team (2001,2002), and SUNYAC Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence (2003).
Following her playing career, she began teaching social studies in the Churchville-Chili Central School District, where she is still employed... Was named Churchville-Chili Senior High School Teacher of the Year in 2011... In 2010, she was named varsity women’s soccer coach for Churchville-Chili, having previously served as JV/assistant varsity coach from 2003-2010... Her 2012 team ended the season as Class AA Sectional Runner-Up, earning her Monroe County Division III coach of the Year... Has also worked with Chili Soccer Association as both a goalkeeper coach and head coach.
Has served as an assistant coach for the Brockport women’s soccer team since 2014... Is the primary assistant in charge of recruiting, and also assists in team fundraising... Assists in practice planning, game preparation and in-game tactical strategy, along with player evaluations.
