Four-year member of the College’s gymnastics team (2003-07); two-time captain; 12-time All-American and only back-to-back all-around national champion (2005 and 2006) in National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) history; took third in the all-around as a freshman for first All-American honor; earned four All-American honors as a sophomore (all-around, vault, beam, floor) and junior (all-around, vault national champion with NCGA record score of 19.50, bars, beam) and three as a senior (all-around, vault, bars); four-time Academic All-American; was the 2007 NCGA Outstanding Senior Athlete; named the College’s Athlete of the Week eight times and Female Athlete of the Year twice; ECAC Champion in the all-around and vault in 2007; ECAC Gymnast of the Year in 2005, Rookie of the Week in 2004 and Gymnast of the Week four times; Rochester Athlete of the Year in 2007; qualified for the NCAA Division I Regionals as a sophomore; 2006 Honda Gymnast of the Year; named to ESPN The Magazine’s Academic All-Region team.
Was a volunteer coach for the team’s Junior Eagle Gymnastics program throughout her time at Brockport; helped lead the team to third-place (2004), second-place (2005), fourth-place (2006) and sixth-place (2007) finishes at the NCGA Championships during her career.
Has been a gymnastics coach and Sports and Recreation Program Director in Arizona, New York and Maryland/District of Columbia since graduating from Brockport; has been leading The Greater Washington Community Center program for four years.
