Four-year member of the volleyball team (1990-93) that won the SUNYAC title each season and appeared in the NCAA Division III tournament each year that she played; team was a combined 155-43 those four years and did not lose a regular-season conference match; All-American (second team) as a senior in 1993; All-State and All-Region in 1992 and 1993 and All-SUNYAC in 1993; still holds school records for career kills (1,208), total blocks (413), and block assists (352) and is second in career digs (1,117); numerous all-tournament and MVP awards; graduated cum laude from Brockport.
Holds two master's degrees; worked as a graduate assistant at Miami (OH) for two years; also held positions at Miami within the Minority Professional Leadership Program and as a community/schools research assistant.
Currently works as a child abuse/neglect investigator for Hamilton County in Ohio; honored with the "We Serve" Outstanding Human Services Client Service Award in 1997.
