Served as teacher, coach and athletic administrator at SUNY Brockport (1947-1979). At Brockport: coached basketball (1947-1948); was first varsity football coach (1947 -1959) and assistant track coach (1951-1956). Coached 4 Little All-Americans in football. As head track coach (1956 - 1971), produced one All-American, 2 SUNY Championships, 3 Buffalo Invitational Championships, 3 undefeated seasons, 15 consecutive winning seasons, 21 consecutive wins. Assistant athletic director (195 -1971).
