Two-year volleyball and two-year track and field standout; NCAA Division III All-American (fourth place) in the long jump at the 1994 Indoor NCAAs; College's Female Athlete of the Year, 1993-94; Outstanding Scholar Athlete for the 1995 volleyball team; Outstanding Athlete Award for track and field, 1993-94; still holds school records in the indoor and outdoor long jump and triple jump; indoor and outdoor track and field captain; volleyball co-captain.
Named to University of Rochester Invitational All-Tournament volleyball team (1994 and 1995); 1995 SUNYAC Volleyball All-Tournament Team; Women's Outstanding Performer at the University of Rochester Track & Field Invite (1994); Dean's List; member of SUNYAC Championship volleyball team in 1994; SUNYAC Commissioner's List, fall 1995; SUNYAC All-Academic Team twice.
Has been a physical education teacher at Lockport for four years; is the African-American Studies Club Advisor; Step Team Coach; Varsity Volleyball Coach.
