Varsity outdoor track (3 years) and indoor track (2 years). Track tri-captain, 1967-68. School record holder for most points in a three-year career (434), single season (188) and triple jump (49'1/2"). NCAA College Division Championships, 1966 sixth place, triple jump; 1968 second place, triple jump; eighth place long jump. All-American in triple jump, 1968. NYS (1966-68) and SUNYAC (1968) champion, triple jump. NYS and SUNYAC champion and record holder, (1969), long jump.

1986 Empire State Games masters champion, long jump (20"), triple jump (41'7"). Champion in long jump and/or triple jump: Ontario Masters, Canadian Masters, The Athletic Congress (TAC) Eastern Regional Masters, TAC National Masters.

Clinician at state and zone level physical education conferences on topics dealing with elementary physical education and curriculum.
