Jennifer Monfiletto led Brockport to a 16-4-2 overall record in 1995, winning the NYSWCAA Title, defeating Ithaca in the first round and defeating Cortland in penalty kicks in the championship game. 16 wins ranks second all-time for single season wins at Brockport.

Alongside head coach Joan Schockow, Monfiletto helped guide Brockport to 33 wins in three seasons. She was a two-time All-Region selection (1995 & 1996) and a two-time New York State Women's Collegiate Athletic Association All-State selection (1995 & 1996). She was also a two-time SUNYAC All-Conference First Team Selection (1995 & 1996).

Monfiletto was a dominant midfielder who finished her three-year career ranked in the top 25 all-time at Brockport in scoring with 15 goals and 10 assists for 40 total points. She managed the middle of the pitch and helped the defense set the school-record with 13 shutouts in a single season.

The 1995 team narrowly missed out on a bid to the NCAA's and earned hosting rights to the ECAC Championships as the #1 seed where they advanced to the finals.

Following graduation, she became an assistant coach at Brockport for three seasons and she is currently a social studies teacher at Hilton.
