Was All-New York State Soccer Goalie (1947 - 195 1), All-New England Area Soccer Team (1947 - 195 1), All-American in Soccer (1947 -195 1). Played semi-pro soccer: Rochester Thistles and Rochester Celtics. Has coached football (11 years), in Geneseo Secondary Schools. Coached basketball teams to 222 wins against only 100 defeats, including 12 league, 9 county and 3 sectional championships. Also Coached soccer, baseball, swimming and lacrosse at University of North Carolina. Member, Section V Athletic Council (1956 -present). Member executive committee, New York Public School Athletic Association (1970 - present). President, Livingston County Athletic Association (1956 - 1958, 1960 - 1972, 1983 - present).
