Four-year member of the field hockey and softball teams (1990-94); in softball, Brockport was 70-35 and made the only back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances in school history (1993-94); team won SUNYAC West title each year and overall SUNYAC crown three times; 1991 NYSWCAA champs; three-time All-SUNYAC pitcher (1992-93-94); named to the 1993 NYSWCAA All-Tournament team and the 1994 NCAA Regional All-Tournament team; GTE-CoSIDA Academic All-District I selection as a senior; in field hockey, was a four-year letterwinner and team captain as a senior; named to the SUNYAC All-Academic team and Commissioner's List multiple times in both sports. The College's Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 1992-93 as a junior; Dean's List all four years; named to Phi Epsilon Kappa (national physical education honor society) and Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. Has been teaching and coaching (field hockey, softball, and volleyball) in the Smithtown School District for five years; was a graduate assistant while earning her master's degree at Hofstra.
